When dealing with any issue, we start with a consultation (anamnesis) so I can better understand the potential causes and consequences of your pain. If you have any medical reports, I will review those as well. We then continue with a local status assessment, posture and movement analysis, and functional examination. If necessary, I will even prescribe home exercises. This is followed by manual treatment. Therefore, I provide treatment right from the very first session—we don't just talk!
